Die Alveon MedTech GmbH ist ein innovatives Medizintechnik-Startup mit Sitz in Ostfildern bei Stuttgart. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung medizinischer Inhalationssysteme. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2020 haben wir erfolgreich eine patentgeschützte Basistechnologie entwickelt. Aktuell arbeiten wir – im Rahmen einer strategischen Partnerschaft mit einem der größten deutschen Unternehmen im Medizinalcannabis-Markt – an der Entwicklung und Zulassung des ersten dosierfähigen Cannabis-Inhalators für den europäischen Markt.

Jetzt steht die entscheidende Phase an: Versuch, Verifikation und Zulassung. Dafür bauen wir unser Labor in Ostfildern aus und suchen jemanden, der dort die Prüftechnik in die Hand nimmt.

Als Projektingenieur Entwicklung und Prüftechnik verantwortest du unsere Versuchs- und Prüfaufbauten: Du baust sie, du führst die Versuche durch, du wertest sie aus und dokumentierst sie belastbar. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt eindeutig im Labor und am Prüfstand. Ergänzend konstruierst du Vorrichtungen und Bauteile und baust Prototypen auf.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem CTO und Entwicklungsleiter zusammen, in einem kleinen Team mit kurzen Wegen. Einkauf und Lieferantenqualifizierung liegen bei Kolleginnen und Kollegen – du lieferst die technische Bewertung.

Aufgaben

Schwerpunkt: Versuch, Prüfaufbau und Labor

• Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Weiterentwicklung von Prüfvorrichtungen, Messplätzen und Versuchsständen
• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Entwicklungs- und Verifikationsversuchen, unter anderem zu Verdampfungsleistung, Dosiergenauigkeit, Temperaturverhalten, Dichtheit und Lebensdauer
• Aufbau und Betreuung der Messtechnik inklusive Kalibrierung und Prüfmittelverwaltung
• Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung von Prüfkampagnen bei externen Laboren und Hochschulen
• Erstellung von Versuchsplänen, Versuchsprotokollen, Prüf- und Entwicklungsberichten

Ergänzend: Konstruktion und Prototyping

• Konstruktion von Vorrichtungen, Adaptern und Bauteilen im CAD
• Prototyping mittels 3D-Druck sowie Aufbau, Kennzeichnung und Rückverfolgbarkeit von Mustern
• Technische Bewertung von Bauteilen und Werkstoffen aus Keramik, Spritzguss und Silikon
• Zuarbeit zur technischen Dokumentation gemäß MDR und ISO 13485

Qualifikation

Damit du in dieser Position erfolgreich bist, solltest du Folgendes mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Physik) oder Technikerabschluss mit einschlägiger Erfahrung
• 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Versuch, Prüfstandsbau oder Messtechnik
• Sicherer Umgang mit Messtechnik sowie mit der Auswertung und Darstellung von Versuchsdaten
• Praktische Erfahrung im CAD, etwa mit SolidWorks, Creo oder Fusion 360
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: du baust selbst auf, misst selbst und packst im Labor an
• Sorgfältige, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation deiner Arbeit
• Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbststrukturierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, dich tief in technische und regulatorische Themen einzuarbeiten
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort in Ostfildern sowie zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen bei Partnern und Prüflaboren
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift

Besonders von Vorteil sind:

• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung medizinischer Geräte unter EU-MDR
• Kenntnisse der Qualitätsnormen ISO 9001 und ISO 13485
• Erfahrung mit Aerosolen, Inhalation, Thermodynamik oder Strömungstechnik
• Kenntnisse in statistischer Versuchsplanung und Auswertung, etwa mit Python, Minitab oder R

About the Role

We're hiring an Information Security Lead to strengthen our compliance function as Secfix scales into more frameworks, mid-market customers, and a growing compliance team. This role sits at the intersection of compliance delivery, content, and team support. You'll own the compliance knowledge that lives inside our platform, manage our compliance specialists, support our customer success team, and act as the senior compliance voice for customers, auditors, and product. You'll work closely with our co-founders and our CS Lead. This is a high-impact role with real influence on how Secfix delivers compliance: both as a service to customers and as content inside our app.

What You'll Do:

You will own one of the most important pillars of Secfix: the quality and breadth of our compliance offering. We don't (and can't afford to) micro-manage. We've built strong foundations and will give you full context on what works. You can test new approaches, but at the end of the day, you have full ownership of how you deliver results (with a strong support network from within and outside the company). You will:

• Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across different compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, ISO 27017/27018, ISO 42001, C5, and more as we expand)

• Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers

• Hire, manage and upskill the compliance team: sharing expertise, reviewing work, and helping drive consistency in audits and customer deliverables

• Conduct internal audits directly for strategic and complex customers, and review the internal audits performed by team members to drive quality and consistency

• Act as a compliance partner to CSMs and sales reps: fast, reliable support for customer questions, and joining customer calls when deep expertise is needed

• Own the quality of compliance content in the platform (including creating policies, evidence templates, compliance-enabled playbooks for our CSMs, security awareness trainings and more)

• Close framework gaps and incorporate auditor feedback into both team practice and platform improvements

• Partner with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into structured product work

• Collaborate closely with CS, Product, and Founders to align compliance, customer, and roadmap priorities

• Deepen relationships with our existing certification partners and train auditors on the Secfix platform so they can confidently use it during customer audits

To be qualified for this role, you must have the following:

• English (fluent) is a must for this role

• 7+ years of hands‑on information security and GRC experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in an InfoSec leadership role

• Led 5+ successful ISO 27001 certification projects as an implementer and/or auditor at a startup or mid-market company

• Hands-on experience with a GRC platform like Secfix, or similar GRC platforms

• Cloud infrastructure readiness across AWS, Azure, and GCP; experience with posture analysis and remediation planning

• Strong project management skills with the ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into concrete deliverables, prioritise ruthlessly, and ship

• Excellent written communication, especially in producing clear, precise compliance content for diverse audiences (auditors, founders, engineers)

• Strong ownership mindset: operates as a senior individual contributor without waiting for direction

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field

Bonus:

• Experience implementing one or two additional compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, etc.)

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus

Tasks

As Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager (m/w/d) located in Germany, you grow NVISO's Security Operations Engineering (SOE) business and lead its senior delivery capability. You are responsible for commercial growth, delivery performance and functional management of the experienced SOE population.

SOE delivers consultancy projects for strategic customers in defense, energy, space, finance, retail and other industries. Our work covers SOC management, SOC design, SIEM and detection engineering, SOC automation and vulnerability management. You have a strong SOC background, but your main focus is to win work, grow customers and help teams deliver it well.

You report to the Solution Lead for Security Operations Engineering and work closely with the CEN Service Line Lead and partners.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Owning the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, covering new business, expansion of existing accounts and follow-on work;
• Building customer relationships and leading proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and tenders, with partners approving final commercial commitments;
• Working with team leaders to manage delivery quality, customer satisfaction, staffing, utilisation, profitability and delivery risk;
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex customer and delivery matters, and contributing to selected high-end projects;
• Providing functional leadership to team leaders and SOE consultants with six or more years of relevant experience in their SOC field of expertise;
• Coaching experienced consultants and contributing to performance, career, staffing, development, retention and recruitment decisions;
• Bringing customer and delivery feedback to the Solution Lead to support the development of the SOE portfolio.

Requirements

• You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or the Austrian citizenship;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience;
• At least eight years of experience in cyber security, with a strong foundation in security operations, SOC consulting or a closely related field;
• At least three years of experience in business development, sales, account management or a commercially oriented consulting role;
• Demonstrable experience growing cyber-security services through new business, customer expansion and long-term account development;
• Experience shaping and delivering complex professional-services engagements, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses or tenders;
• Strong understanding of SOC operating models, SOC management, SIEM engineering and detection engineering;
• Experience managing consulting delivery, including customer expectations, quality, staffing, utilisation, profitability and delivery risk;
• Experience leading, coaching or functionally managing experienced cyber-security professionals and/or team leaders;
• Fluent business English and professional fluency in the relevant local language(s).
