Responsibilities:
Serco Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to provide hands-on support to the IT Operations Team The selected individual will assist in maintaining
troubleshooting
and improving the organization’s server
storage
and network environments while ensuring operational excellence and security compliance This role will also assist in establishment and implementation of technical procedures
processes
documentation and standards for system and server platform
optimum performance
and recoverability of these services Assist in the discovery
provisioning
maintenance
and monitoring of physical and virtual servers Perform basic system administration tasks
including patching
backups
and user account management Support storage systems by monitoring capacity
performance
and resolving minor issues Participate in the automation of routine tasks using scripting
