Location: Berlin, Germany

Introduction

Brand presence and consistent messaging are essential enablers of our success.  As the Marketing Director (m/w/d) at Exolaunch, you will serve as a core strategic leader driving our global marketing, brand presence, and multi-channel social media accounts, while exercising hands-on ownership of our public image, press relations, and executive communications.

We’re looking for a visionary marketing leader and creative storyteller with deep expertise in luxury branding, premium positioning, and high-impact copywriting. The ideal candidate brings an exceptional grasp of brand strategy and global communications, capable of converting complex technical achievements into compelling narratives for industry leaders, partners, and international media. As a senior strategist, you will lead brand governance, steer cross-functional marketing initiatives, and oversee data-driven performance analytics. You will be expected to quantify Return on Investment and Return on Effort across all campaigns to ensure Exolaunch remains top-of-mind in our industry. You will lead a small but powerful and passionate internal communications team and manage external PR agencies and advisors as needed.

You will collaborate internally with all departments to translate technical innovation into flagship marketing campaigns while engaging externally with launch partners, customers, investors and other key stakeholders to solidify market awareness and top positioning.

Communications & Executive Media Relations:

You will lead execution of internal and external-facing communications activities, such as press releases, journalist inquiries, events (internal and external), and internal newsletters. This includes keeping company templates with boilerplate language, numbers, and figures current, fielding interview requests and coordinating conference and other public speaking engagements for staff, enforcing launch provider guidelines for external communications from our customers, and coordinating press releases intended for public release.

Please provide a portfolio of your previous work with your application. This is a full-time, 12 month contract, based in Berlin, with renewal option at end of contract.

Your mission

  • Execute an integrated communication strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values.

  • Serve as a company spokesperson and manage media relations, proactively seeking opportunities for media coverage and managing crisis communication as needed. Craft compelling messages that further refines Exolaunch’s brand voice, style, and tone.

  • Oversee and implement the creation and approval of press releases, articles, blog posts, social media content, and other communication materials.

  • Provide direction on social graphics and digital campaigns through a passion for photography/videography/graphic design.

  • (Internal) Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as engineering, mission management, and business development to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

  • (External) Collaborate with satellite customers, launch providers, graphic designers, internal technical personnel, and others to create and distribute compelling messaging.

  • Lead and support company and industry events including launch viewings, customer events, conferences, etc. in Europe, the US, and globally.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, journalists, and partners.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify communication opportunities and risks.

  • Stay up-to-date and forecast social trends, capitalizing on interesting cultural moments and tying them into a cohesive social strategy for an inherently technical organization.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic marketing, global brand management, and high-level communications.

  • Proven expertise in luxury branding, premium product positioning, and hands-on brand ownership within high-tech, aerospace, or premium enterprise sectors.

  • Fluency and mastery of the English language with exceptional executive copywriting and storytelling capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Real-world experience may be substituted based on past performance.

  • Demonstrated track record of directing complex digital campaigns, media relations strategies, and high-profile global industry events.

  • Strong analytical capability to evaluate marketing ROI, campaign performance metrics, and market trends to drive business growth.

  • Practical understanding of online journalism, blogging, and social media

  • A grasp on vocabulary and concepts in the space and satellite industry, or can quickly learn them

  • A strong love for space/science/technology and willingness to learn the industry, inside and out

Why us?

We offer you:

  • Competitive compensation package tailored to your experience and responsibilities

Werkstudent Vertrieb (m/w/d)

Shyftplan

Location: Stuttgart

Your playground

Your profile

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in.

Our perks

Trainee Vertrieb / Sales (m/w/d)

Shyftplan

Location: Berlin

Your playground

Was du bei uns machst:

  • Potentielle Kunden ansprechen: Telefon, LinkedIn, E-Mail – du entwickelst eigene Ansprachen, statt Textbausteine abzuarbeiten, und testest, was funktioniert.

Your profile

Our perks

Full Stack Developer

Bookboost

Location: Germany - Munich

Your mission

Bookboost is the Hospitality Engagement Platform that empowers hotels to understand and engage their guests like never before. We unify guest data, automate personalised communication, and deliver experiences that drive revenue, loyalty, and operational excellence.

We have customers across more than 20 countries and a platform that wins on depth. We're now looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build the next stage of it.

Tech stack: Angular | TypeScript | Node.js | Cloudflare Workers | AWS | PostgreSQL | Terraform

Your profile

As a Full Stack Engineer you build and maintain the systems behind our platform: real-time data processing, the APIs that hold it together, and the experience our customers use every day.

The job is shifting from writing syntax to designing systems. We want engineers who are architects: people who define the right abstractions, shape the right interfaces, and make decisions that hold up six months later. Agents write a growing share of the code. Your value is in orchestrating intent, context and execution.

You would be joining a small engineering team with real latitude on technical direction. This is not a seat implementing someone else's design. If you want to be handed tickets and left alone, this is not that job. If you want a say in how the platform is built, it is a good one.

What you'll own and deliver

  • Scalable, high-performance applications across the stack
  • Frontend applications in Angular, with genuine attention to responsiveness and user experience
  • APIs designed with the rest of the team, focused on event-driven architecture and real-time data
  • Edge computing work using Cloudflare Workers, improving performance and deployment efficiency
  • Migration of services to edge runtimes, improving scalability and reducing latency
  • Architectural decisions that outlive the tickets that prompted them
  • Cross-functional work with design, product and Operations on what customers actually need
What makes you a great fit?
  • Full stack depth: 4+ years with modern frontend and backend technologies, and production systems you have owned rather than contributed to
  • Backend: strong in Node.js or another JavaScript runtime, and TypeScript. PHP and Laravel are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Data: relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimisation
  • Frontend: modern frameworks, particularly Angular
  • Edge: familiarity with Cloudflare Workers and services such as Durable Objects, KV and Workflows, or other edge runtimes
  • Cloud: understanding of cloud architecture, particularly AWS
  • AI fluency: our engineering team runs on an AI-native stack. You write code and documentation with AI tools and can talk concretely about how that has changed the way you work. This is a genuine requirement, not a bonus line.
  • Systems thinking: root cause over band-aids, patterns over one-offs. You would rather fix the shape of a problem than patch it again.
  • Craft: you care about reliability, observability, testability and documentation
  • Language: fluent English. Swedish is not required.
What's in it for you?
  • Remote and flexible working, from home or one of our hubs
  • Real influence over technical direction at a company still deciding
  • An engineering team building new ways of working with AI rather than bolting it on
  • An environment that values your judgement, with real room for impact
  • Regular team events and socials

Why us?

Bookboost gives hotel groups ownership of their guest relationships. We unify guest data across the PMS, booking engine and every communication channel, then orchestrate the guest journey pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay. Based in Malmö, Sweden, with hubs in Amsterdam and Barcelona, we work in a hybrid, remote-friendly way. Diversity and innovation go hand in hand, and we are committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.

Everyone is welcome at Bookboost
We value individuality and creativity, and we are building a team that reflects the world we serve. If you are passionate about making a difference, apply even if you do not meet every criterion.

Ready to join us?
Send us your application today. We interview on a rolling basis, so apply early.
