Responsibilities:
In this position
the candidate serves as software architect in support of the application development team and is responsible for ensuring the quality and responsiveness of applications Serve as a software engineer on an application development team Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features Involved in the sustainment of production legacy systems
plus the design
development
and implementation of new functionality within existing applications as required Involved in all aspects of software design/development
working closely with a team of developers to support systems for a mission-critical function for a DoD customer Design / develop new software systems and/or enhancements to existing systems based on requirements from the user community Maintain existing production systems for a mission-critical function within the Intelligence Community
