the Senior Manager must possess the following qualifications:• 7+ years of digital delivery experience
including conversational AI• Proven track record of successful project delivery• Demonstrated expertise in customer experience and user interface design• In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in digital delivery and conversational AI• Excellent communication
