Responsibilities:

you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure software solutions while incorporating Generative AI technology Design and implement secure software solutions for ADP using Generative AI technology Lead and direct a team of application security architects to ensure the protection of company data Develop and implement security standards and protocols for all software development projects Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities Proactively research and stay informed on the latest security threats and trends in the industry Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle Train and educate team members on application security best practices Act as a subject matter expert on application security and Generative AI
providing guidance and recommendations to senior leadership Continuously improve and optimize security processes and procedures Communicate and report on security risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to application security Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Serve as a liaison between the IT team and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance application security Conduct training and workshops for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of security within the organization
