Responsibilities:
As a Systems Administrator
you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical infrastructure
support and operations for our corporate offices in State College
PA You will also be providing technical services to our broader Advisors and end clients Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all technical systems and processes
and to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness You will collaborate with technical professionals and cross-functional departments to align technical operations with overall business objectives for our clients and internal structures The Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of an organization's technical infrastructure By overseeing operations and implementing best practices
you will contribute to the success of the organization
its technological capabilities and customer loyalty/satisfaction Technical Infrastructure Management: Develop and implement strategies for the design
deployment
and maintenance of technical infrastructure
including networks
servers
storage systems
and cloud platforms Ensure high availability
scalability
